1. Orders and Acceptance

start fulfilling the order, it will be considered ‘accepted’.

Warranty
The warranty period of our hardware products

Our warranty Terms-

product carrying brand warranty then warranty will be provided by the
respective brand service centre at their terms and conditions, we are not
liable for any warranty rejections which the brand is not considering.

If
product carrying seller warranty then you can raise a support ticket describing
the problem, we will check and provide suitable solution for the same in a
stipulated time frame.
Under the clauses of the warranty, we are only
responsible to repair or replace the defective product at our discretion.
6. Returns
We accept returns
only for damaged products or any DOA Cases approved by brand with a valid DOA
Letter within a valid timeline
When you return a product, it must have their
original packaging and be in a resalable condition. Returning charges may apply
in certain conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability

the maximum extent as per the applicable law, our responsibility to you for any
claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be limited to the
purchase price of the products or services.
