Shipping and Delivery Policy of Singhal B2B Computer Wholesale

We have established this Shipping and Delivery Policy which applies to the sale of computer products by Singhal B2B Computer Wholesale to our clients within India.

1.      Delivery Zones

We ship products to most major cities and towns in India

·         It may take a longer time to deliver our products to certain remote areas. Such deliveries may also involve additional charges. Before we confirm your order, we are going to inform you of any such restrictions or charges.

·         Currently, we are not shipping our products internationally.

 

2.      Order Processing

·         We process your orders within 1 to 2 business days after we receive your payment and accept the order.

·         The time to process your order may vary depending on the order volume or availability of the product.

·         We will inform you via email once we confirm your order. You will also receive an estimated date when the product will be dispatched.

 

3.      Shipping Methods and Carriers

We work with reputable logistics providers and courier companies to ensure timely delivery of your products. The choice of a specific carrier is decided based on the following factors.

5. Delivery Charges

Delivery and Acceptance of Goods

·         You are responsible to make sure that an authorized representative is available at your delivery address to receive the shipment and provide a signature.

·         Once the product is delivered, you need to inspect the products and check for visible damage resulting due to faulty packaging, or the products might themselves be damaged.

·         In case you notice any damage or missing item, it must be mentioned on the delivery receipt. You need to report the same to us through support ticket within 24 hours of delivery.

·         In case you fail to accept any COD order, then we are not liable to refund any COD token amount which we have collected at the time of placing order.

In case you fail to accept the shipment after multiple attempts from us, you may responsible for additional storage charge or redelivery costs.

7. E-way Bill Compliance

·         We will generate the necessary E-way bill for shipments that exceed a specific threshold value under the GST law.

·         You will receive the E-way bill details so that you can adhere to the GST regulations.

·         The buyer is responsible for providing the correct and complete information needed to generate the E-way bill.

8. Unforeseen Conditions

Singhal B2B Computer Wholesale will not be responsible for any delay or failure in delivery arising due to events beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to:

·         Acts of God

·         War or terrorism

·         Strikes or other labour disputes

·         Government actions or regulations

·         Natural disasters

·         Disruptions in the supply chain

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

·         The laws in India will govern this Shipping and Delivery Policy. The same laws have been used to construct this policy.

·         In case any dispute arises in connection with this policy, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tonk, Rajasthan.
