Cancellation and Refund Policy of Singhal B2B Computer Wholesale
The following policy regarding cancellation and
refund is applicable to the sale of computer products and services by Singhal B2B Computer Wholesale to clients or
buyers in India.
1. Order Cancellation
1.1.
Cancelled by the Customer:

A
request for cancellation should be placed before we ship a product
·
You
need to submit the cancellation requests through Support System available on
the order status window then we will check and get back to you for the same.

We
reserve the sole right to accept or reject these cancellation requests. These
are subject to our approval. So, we may reject cancellation requests for orders
that are already shipped or being processed.
·
In
case we approve your cancellation request, any refund applicable will be
processed as per the terms in Section 2.
1.2.
Cancellation from Our End
As the seller, we reserve the right to cancel
an order for various reasons. These include, but are not limited to, the
following:

Unavailability
of a product
·
Mistakes
in product descriptions or pricing
·
Suspicion
of fraudulent activity
·
In
case a customer fails to comply with our payment terms
·
If
we cancel an order, you will receive a notification from us in advance. In
these situations, you will receive a full refund of payments that you may have
already made.
2. Our Refund
Policy
2.1.
Eligibility for Refund
We issue refunds only for the following:

Orders
that are cancelled by us
·
If
you return DOA Products approved by Brand within Validity of a DOA Letter
·
Orders
that are cancelled by you and the cancellation request is accepted by us
·
If
the item found damaged at the time of delivery, items are missing partially, or
order lost during transit (we will assess the loss and provide a suitable
resolution for the same, you must report it at the time of delivery.)
We do not issue refunds in the following
situations:
·
You
return any product due to incorrect ordering or remorse
·
If
the products sustain damage due to improper handling or misuse
·
Goods
once sold will not be taken back unless it is a DOA.
2.2.
The Refund Process
Buyers need to follow the return procedure we
have mentioned in our Warranty Policy to initiate a refund for defective
products.
We will process the refunds within 7 to 10
business days of:

Approving
the order cancellation
·
We
receive and inspect the returned products
·
The
refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment for the purchase, unless
any other decision is reached
2.3.
Refund Amount
·
You will receive a full refund for all orders that
are cancelled by us
·
In case the products are defective, we will
determine the refund amount based on our Warranty Policy
·
If you cancel the order, we may deduct a nominal
cancellation fee from the refund amount
