- Order ID / Transaction ID
- Payment receipt or proof of transaction
- Reason for the refund request
- Upon receiving the request, we will verify the transaction details and process the refund accordingly.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (bank account, credit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
5. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider.
